PROBLEM: a Christmas campaign in the vein of John Lewis.
SOLUTION: a cross-platform campaign that celebrates the tradition of personalized gift-giving, as seen through the eyes of a young woman meticulously wrapping each present and writing a heartfelt note. As a loving finishing touch, she signs each card with a kiss in a different color ink.
